Shipping & Returns
We ship to all the countries that are mentioned below in the list. Search for your country of residence with the search tool (only available on desktop), if your country is not listed, please contact us by e-mail or phone to check the possibilities. We ship our orders within 48 hours, from Monday till Saturday with the exception of public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day. We offer the following payment methods:
There will be no VAT charged on our website when you order from a non-Europe country, VAT will be deducted at check-out. Import duties and VAT are typically charged by the government of your country and must be paid by you once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be, nor are we responsible for costs being higher than you expected because of these fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
We hope that you are very happy with our products, but if you want to return it for any reason, you can return the product(s) within 14 days after the delivery date. We will then refund your payment within 30 days, after we have received your parcel, provided that the return conditions have been met. Please note that you can only return products when they are unused, undamaged and in unopened packaging. Unfortunately, the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return products, please follow the following steps:
Send an e-mail to within 14 days after delivery and please include the following information: your name, product(s) you want to return, order number, telephone number, e-mail address and the delivery address.
Make sure you ship the product(s) in a shipping box with enough padding material so that the product(s) cannot get damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for any damage caused during the shipment of the product(s).
Returned products are only accepted if they are unused, undamaged and unopened.

If all the conditions are met and we have received the returned goods in good order, we will refund your purchase price to the original form of payment within 30 days after receiving the return.
