The sunflower oil we use is made in France from organic cold-pressed sunflower seeds. It is a lightweight oil that is quickly absorbed through the skin, without clogging the pores. The most unique characteristic of sunflower oil is that it is very high in vitamin E. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that protects the skin against the harmful effects of free radicals that are caused by factors like poor nutrition, smoking, alcohol and sun. Another great feature of this sunflower oil is that it is very high in linoleic acid. Linoleic acid smoothes and moisturizes the skin and makes it smooth and soft.
